About Us

Both Everett and Kellie have a combined 35 years’ experience in Key West real estate sales and rentals as professional REALTORS®. Their love of the Florida Keys and Key West is reflected in their knowledge of local real estate and the culture of island living. Kellie moved down from Washington DC after graduating from the University of Vermont and hails from a real estate family going back generations. It’s in her blood. Her real estate experience started from birth. Her laughter and smile are catching and match the life she lives in Key West. She came down for a weekend getaway with friends and fell in love with the island vibe. She decided to stay in Key West and make it her home.

Everett grew up in the charming deep South yet found that nothing beats the southernmost island of Key West. After leaving the U.S. Navy and then graduating from Florida State University he set his sights on Key West”s island culture and balmy breezes. He worked for a top real estate company specializing in vacation rentals while managing the company’s two rental offices.  After acquiring over 18 years of expertise on the job, he decided to further his career in paradise by joining Key West Properties along with his wife Kellie.

Kellie met Everett in Key West and their shared passions blossomed into much more. They both love real estate, fine art, fishing, boating, photography, dogs, each other, and especially their young son Wyatt.
